Located on a small plot, the project is house to 9 small one bedroom units.
Facing south, the main façade of the building is sheltered by sliding louvers that offer shade and privacy to its users.
The façade is a steel structure that gives it an industrial feel as the walls are built our of fair faced concrete. Each unit has a small planter box along its balcony. Planters are what give life to every residence, even if it is a small or temporary one.
