The house is designed as a private fortress only hinting mystery and elegance to the outer surrounding. From the outside, blind walls make up the volumes with only at moments light can glimpse into the lower volume through the perforated walls. The internal spaces however all overlook the lush gardens surrounding the house and are showered by light coming from the above windows that connect the ground and first floor. 
The main entrance was designed around the sculpture of Theodoros, a famous Cypriot sculpturer. 
The circulation of the ground floor serves as an exhibition hall where the clients’ artword is displayed around the walls.
