On the edge of the port of Limassol, will erect a 98m dynamic tower. Its aim is to accommodate flexible spaces, and sellable spaces, optimized sea views, shade from the southern sun and optimal outdoor terraces for the upper floors. The building is designed along a 7m grid where each row fits a 6 modular apartment units. Each unit is designed in a way that they can merge and create a new unit.
The building is built like a tetris where each modular unit fits with the other and responds to the sales and clients need. The tower twists in response to the sun direction and sea views where the top floors terraces emerge and extend to the highest apartments.
