Nicosia heights offers an interesting plan and solution for a tricky triangular plot. The brief was to have a mix of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The achievement was to give all 14 apartments the equal advantage of overlooking the street while preserving the integrity of the plan. 
Following the plan which is highlighted by separation walls, the facade is a mix of fair faced concrete walls and metal beams that together define the building in 3 protruding volumes and give it its industrial character.
